Casting
Elegant Fine Jewellery justifies its name by the use of the world’s best-casting output machine Schultheiss , Model – vpc066. It is highly efficient for fine designs and makes them perfect and clear at every edge.
Grinding Machine
We are equipped with a professional grinding machine sourced from Mumbai that helps in complete dust recovery, keeping our workforce safe. The process is smooth and filling process also gets executed at the stage.
Tumbling machine
Tumbling machine is used for mass production, helping in full dust recovery and adding inner area polishing in jewels. This gives more finesse to the p=output making products qualitative.
Laser soldering
Our laser soldering machine helps in accurate completion of the process. We own good quality lens in our machines which emit healthier beams with a great output.
Laser stamping
We boast of laser stamping by using SLTL Laser stamping machine. It adds precision in tiny designs as well. The best part, is our processing machine Laser Stamping is made in India.
Plating plant
The process of executing the final jewels is followed by plating. We work on gold plating, pen plating, ruthenium (black), and all sorts of plating as per customized orders.
Assaying/X-ray
We use the Fischer machine to analyze metals and give a complete quality check. All micron-plated pieces of jewelry are passed through this test as a final step before delivery.
